The mission of Cartwright Baptist Church is to love God, to love others, and to magnify the name of Jesus Christ. The vision of our church is to glorify our God and Savior, Jesus Christ, to make true disciples throughout all the nations by means of missionary activity and support, to minister the ordinances, to edify believers, and to do all that is sovereignly possible and biblically permissible to magnify the name of Jesus.

Cody has been the Pastor at Cartwright since……He also serves as Superintendent of Schools at Mineola ISD.
KEITH SPARKMAN- ASSOCIATE PASTOR/YOUTH PASTOR
Keith has been on staff at Cartwright since 2017. He also serves as High School Principal at Winona ISD.
DOUG BELZER- MUSIC MINISTER/DEACON
Doug has led the music ministry at Cartwright since… His wife, Cindy, serves as Bible Study Leader and works with the Children’s Ministry.
DR. DOUG RICHEY- CHAIRMAN OF THE DEACONS
Doug and his wife, Kathy, have been members at Cartwright since…..Doug serves as a Mathematics Professor at Northeast Texas Community College.
ANN MCCARTY- CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ann has been a member at Cartwright since…… She has served as the CEO for the last 4 years.
